  • Simple Data Tracking – No spreadsheets, no stress. I’ll send easy-to-use forms so you can track what’s happening—and I’ll visualise the data for you.
  • Live Q&As & Group Insights – Once a month, we’ll gather to share insights—what’s working (or failing spectacularly)—and reflect on what we’re learning.

I’m Dr. Hayley Dickinson—scientist, deep feeler, and passionate advocate for taking personal responsibility for our health and wellbeing.

What I ‘know’ is constantly evolving. I’m always learning, testing, and exploring new ways to thrive.

Qualifications & Background

  • PhD & Bachelor of Science (Hons), Monash University (specialising in stress & pregnancy)
  • Former academic researcher – 15+ years in embryology, pregnancy, and stress
  • Founder, Eat for You – a food company built on radical transparency
  • Co-Founder, The Art & Science of Being Human – with the divine Claire Uhlich
  • Grad Dip in Human Nutrition, Deakin University
  • Scientific advisor to major wellness brands – focusing on real-world health impact

I bring a curious mind and a compassionate heart to everything I do.
The Experiment isn’t about me telling you what to do—it’s about walking beside you as we test, track, and tweak our way to what actually works.
